  • FFL can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop willing to perform the transfer.
  • Contact your local FFL first to confirm the dealer will conduct the transfer.
    • If FFL is not in our system, the gun dealer must send their license (FFL) to us by email (admin@leystactical.com)

3 – TRANSFER & OWNERSHIP

Once your order has arrived and is ready for pick up at your local FFL gun store, we will send you a notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Be sure to have a state ID and any other appropriate identification materials when you pick up your firearm. Your local FFL gun store will perform any necessary background check when you arrive.

  • You are responsible to pay the FFL’s transfer fee which is generally $15-30.
  • Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
