Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing We handle order processing from Monday through Friday, doing our best to get your gear out the door and on its way to you as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 8 AM CST, we’ll aim to ship it the same business day, excluding holidays. Orders that come in after 8 AM CST, or over the weekend and holidays, will ship the next business day.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as you can. Once your order is in process, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we’ll always try to assist where possible. Shipping times can vary depending on the product, so be sure to check the details for any specific variations.
Shipping Details
For accessories, we offer standard ground shipping across the 48 continental states. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, don’t worry—we’ll ship your order with standard shipping there as well.
When it comes to firearms, we follow strict guidelines. All firearms are shipped to your chosen FFL dealer’s address, as verified by the ATF FFL EZ Check system. Unfortunately, we can’t change the shipping address once the order is in process. It’s always a good idea to touch base with your FFL dealer to confirm they’re ready for the transfer. All firearms are shipped with Direct Signature Required to ensure they get to the right hands. Long guns are shipped via Ground Service, while handguns typically go out via 2-Day Air Service. Don’t forget to check your local and state laws before making a purchase.
Ammo Shipping
For ammunition, we currently can’t ship to CA, IL, NY, NJ, MA, DC, CT, or P.O. Boxes. All ammo sales are final, meaning cancellations and returns aren’t allowed, so please double-check your order. We ship all ammunition via FedEx or UPS ground, as air freight isn’t permitted. Ammo and firearms must be shipped separately to comply with regulations. Please ensure you’re ordering the correct ammo for your firearm, as safety is our top priority.
By law, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun and rifle ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammo. Be sure to check your local and state laws before making a purchase.
