  • You must be 18 or older to purchase a shotgun or rifle.
  • You must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun.
  • Remember, it’s your responsibility to comply with local and state laws.

2 – Pay and Arrange Select your local FFL dealer and complete your payment. We’ll handle all the paperwork to ship your firearm to your chosen FFL dealer.

During checkout, you’ll need to specify a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you who will complete the transfer after a successful background check, if required. Your FFL can be a local gun shop, gun range, or pawn shop that’s willing to handle the transfer. It’s a good idea to contact your FFL beforehand to make sure they’re ready to assist. If your FFL isn’t already in our system, have them email their license (FFL) to us at info@leystactical.com.

3 – Transfer & Ownership When your order arrives at your local FFL gun store, we’ll notify you that it’s ready for pickup.

Make sure to bring a state ID and any other required identification when you pick up your firearm. Your FFL will conduct any necessary background checks when you arrive. You’ll also be responsible for paying the FFL’s transfer fee, which typically ranges from $15 to $30. Once you accept the transfer, the firearm is considered used, and any warranty issues will need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Unauthorized returns to leystactical.com will be refused, no exceptions.
