Returns

If you're missing items from your shipment, please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order, and we'll work to resolve the issue. For returns, you need to make your request within 30 days of your original invoice date. Just shoot us an email at info@leystactical.com with some pictures, and we'll guide you through the approval process.

Please don’t send anything back without getting prior approval from us, as we won’t be able to accept it. Make sure the item is in its original packaging, with all original contents, and hasn’t been used. Include a copy of your invoice or any related paperwork in the return. Unless the item was sent by mistake or arrives defective, return shipping fees are your responsibility. To ensure your return is received safely, we recommend using a traceable carrier.

Keep in mind that photos of items on our website might not always match exactly what you receive, as we sometimes use stock images. Always double-check the item description or part number before making a purchase.

If you need to return something, ship it to the address we provide once your return has been approved.

Prohibited Items and Special Conditions

Be aware that if you order an item that’s prohibited in your state, or if you’re ineligible to purchase it (like failing a background check), you’ll be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made here. State laws can change, so it’s up to you to know your local and federal regulations before placing an order.

For optics, iron sights, and mounts, these must be brand new and still in the packaging to be eligible for a return. If you’ve tried to install them, we can’t accept the return, but you can reach out to the manufacturer for warranty service.
